All of my art is made with fresh florals or botanicals pressed into clay and than cast into plaster giving each piece a unique look! Because of that each intaglio or framed floral is a completely different so each piece even if the flower or botanical is the same its a different cast which makes everyone piece I make one of a kind

Most all of the colored pieces you see are actually layered plaster. Which is a technique of "painting" the imprint of the floral with a layer of white plaster and than covering it with a colored plaster on top giving it what I like to call a wedge wood inspired look! Because of this look you may see a little depth in the white shade giving it dimension that a flat white paint wouldn't give. My art is completely made of plaster and because of that it is a porous substance. So when caring for your art be very careful not to drop as its very delicate and when cleaning wipe with a dry cloth if it gets dusty.
